Options to end your lease early

30-day notice with one and a half month fee

  • Lease Break fee is equivalent to one month of your current contract rent

  • Leaseholders give a complete Vacate Notice indicating a one-month notice

  • Leaseholders have access to the apartment for 30-days after giving notice, resident responsible for the next 30-days of rent

  • Leaseholders pay a one and a half month fee of their current contract rent as a lease break fee on the last day of residency

  • We are not be able to apply your Security Deposit to use as the one month lease break fee. The Security Deposit will be returned minus any damages and unpaid rent

Security Deposit

  • The Security Deposit will be returned within 30-days or your apartment being completely vacant. The Security Deposit will only be returned minus any unpaid rent and any potential damages in your apartment.
