Adding a Roommate
If you want to add a roommate to your lease, please note that the roommate must not have an outstanding balance in order to be approved for screening. The process of adding a new roommate takes 7-10 days from the date your request is received.
Removing a Roommate
To remove a roommate from your lease, just click the link below and follow the instructions on the page. We will need a few forms to be completed and you’ll be all set for your roommate to move out. Please note that the remaining roommate(s) must income qualify.
